Unlike other dealers, we do not go by a price guide or suggested retail value, our prices are based on what our dealers have paid. This allows us to give our customers the very best prices possible. We do offer a discount on most items if paid by money order or check, items paid by credit card CANNOT be discounted. Buyer is to pay all shipping, handling and insurance. Every item will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap & double boxed with plenty of peanuts to insure a safe arrival. Insurance is a MUST for every item, we do not ship without it. We will ship either Priority Mail, or UPS, whichever the buyer prefers. Once the item is shipped, the buyer will be given the tracking number. Please keep in mind that it if anything should happen during shipping, it is the buyers responsibility to follow through with any and all insurance claims. We do offer Lay-a-way..... Lay-a-way is available to any item, other than an item won through auction. Here are our lay-a-way terms: Lay-a-way is offered on any item for a 90 day period. Discounts cannot be made for lay-a-way. You may put any amount you like down as a down payment. After your down payment has been made, you may place any amount down at any time you like. The item must be paid in full by the end of the 90 days. If the item is not paid in full by the end of the 90 days, the item will be returned to stock, and any payment(s) you have made will NOT be refundable. RETURNS: Westwood Antiques has been in business for over 28 yrs, we stand behind our merchandise. We do not send items out on approval, we guarantee every piece to be described accurately. If there is a mistake, and an item should be misrepresented, you MUST contact us asap and describe in detail, a valid reason for a return. Once an item is returned, a credit will be issued, less all shipping fee's. Buyer MUST pay all postage fee's, including insurance on a returned item.
